What can I expect during the application process?

At Volkswagen Financial Services we carry out a multi-stage selection process. Our tailor-made selection procedures provide the perfect opportunity to get to know each other even better. Dream job

After I looked around in peace and quiet, I will find the right job. Using the APPLY NOW button, I can easily access the applicant Cockpit.

My profile

Either I quickly log in with my existing user name and password or I register. For the application I only need my personal data and a CV (pupils the school leaving certificate as well).

Wait (checking)

Now all I have to do is wait. My application is checked thoroughly by the human resources department and the technical department.

Selection procedure

The first meeting with my future team can be done by phone, video and/or in person. Steps in the selection procedure:

Professionals and trainees:

  1. First meeting via phone, Teams or personal
  2. Online cognitive test
  3. Match Day ( assessment centre)

Pupils:

  1. Online pre-test
  2. Subject-specific online test
  3. Assessment centre

Students and interns:
      Job interview

Conclusion of contract

After a positive feedback I will talk to my future personnel officer about offer and contract details.

The onboarding will be done on my first working day and in the coming weeks.

Rejection

Although there is hardly anyone who has never received a rejection letter, it is always disappointing.

It is important that is under no circumstances a rejection of me as a person. It only shows that there was an application whose profile matched the specific vacancy even better.
