. Duration: 12 months
. Multiple project assignments of about 4-12 weeks with reference to the topic of “Digitisation”
. Project in one of our subsidiaries abroad of up to 3 months
. Individual planning and monitoring in the context of regular programme planning meetings

. Independent planning and organisation of the project deployments and internships at diverse locations
. Active support of the digital transformation in the company
. Promotion of the exchange within the trainee network
. Involvement in the planning and implementation of the trainee project “Codekids” at a school in Braunschweig
My advantages
. Indefinite employment contract (estimated annual income of at least € 60,000, flexible working hours, 35-hour week, 30 days of leave) Intensive and individual support by a mentor from top management, a former trainee as mentor as well as the trainee coordination.

Requirements – my profile
. Successfully completed studies with reference to the vacancy or field (e.g. business) informatics, economics, mathematics, statistics)
. Ideally you could already gain first professional experience on digital topics and/or write your thesis with a future topic.
. Interest in modern web technologies, digital products and business models, agile project management methods, UX topics, cloud computing, big data and/or entrepreneurship
. High IT affinity
. Fun in team work in the English and German language
. Intercultural experience is desirable
. The following competences are your strengths: Enthusiasm, commitment, independence and versatility
